Intech provides equipment validation services ranging from individual benchtop equipment to large scale Biotech manufacturing plant including utilities.
Equipment We Validate
We perform validation of the following types of equipment, to name but a few:
Fridges, Freezers, Cryo storage facilities, Scales, Autoclaves, Ultrasonic Baths, Incubators, Ovens, temperature monitoring systems, stability chambers, environmental chambers, pH meters, conductivity meters etc.
Our Engineers are fully trained in the complete range of GESensing (Kaye) validation equipment including the following:
Validator 2000, Valprobe, LTR140, HTR400, CTR80, CTR40 and IRTD's
Pharamceutical Validation Services
All Pharamceutical work is carried out to comply with the MHRA Orange guide (Rules and Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and distributors) and all relevant national and International Standards HTM2010,2030,2031,EN285,EN17765.
Dental Validation Services
All Dental Practice work is carried out in accordance with the latest DH (Dept of Health) guidelines. Our validation tests and comprehensive reports ensure that customers conform to current legislation, including the recently issued: Department of Health document "Decontamination Health Technical memorandum 01-05: Decontamination in primary care dental practices".
