With years of experience in multi-point temperature mapping, producing fast and accurate temperature mapping results – working with iNTECH guarantees your equipment is ready to use and is supported by MHRA compliant documentation.
Intech Calibration provides temperature mapping services that meet and exceed the requirements set by regulatory bodies such as the MHRA. We can perform temperature mapping of equipment such as fridges, freezers & ULT freezers, environmental test chambers & stability chambers, incubators, ovens, furnaces & cold Stores, warehouses & storage facilities, transport vehicles and water baths.
Why do you need temperature mapping services?
Any temperature sensitive product must be stored within known temperature limits and keeping within these limits maintains product quality and shelf life. Products such as injectables, blood products and research media must be stored within a given temperature range and being confident that this has been achieved is essential to on-going product quality and regulatory guidelines. Regulatory bodies such as the MHRA, FDA an IMB regularly audit our customers to ensure that such guidelines have always been adhered to.
Monitoring a fridge or freezer at a single point is not sufficient to prove that all areas of the unit are maintaining the correct temperature. The only way to demonstrate that all storage areas of a unit stay within the appropriate limits is through a temperature mapping services exercise. That’s where we come in!

Temperature Mapping Protocol and Report
Prior to performing any mapping exercise we carefully prepare a Temperature Mapping Protocol document to specifically detail how the temperature mapping exercise will be performed.
The temperature mapping study is then executed in accordance with the protocol and a detailed report is created containing the required information, such as the data logger specification, configuration, and certification, the mapping and statistical reports, and a selection of printed graphical information.
Temperature Mapping Risk Assessments
This is where we identify areas within a facility or equipment that are likely to be of concern in a temperature mapping exercise. A detailed survey is carried out prior to the temperature mapping and by preventing any failure type situations this saves customers both time and money. The experience of our expert engineers will identify any potential problems that may occur and so may suggest an alternative/improved approach to the mapping, in terms of test probe locations.
