Intech carries out on-site HEPA Filter Testing in accordance with British Standard BS EN 14644
Part 3.
We offer extremely competitive rates and can work out of hours, at weekends and during shut down periods so as to provide a minimal disturbance service to the customer.
HEPA Filter Testing
The services we offer include the following:
HEPA Filter testing on Air Handling Units (AHU's)
HEPA Filter Testing in changing rooms
HEPA Filter Testing in cleanrooms
HEPA Filter Testing of safety cabinets
HEPA Filter Testing of fume cupboards
HEPA Filter Testing of laminar flow cupboards
Cleanroom Particle count testing
We also carry out tests on Room Air Change Rates, in accordance with the Orange Guide*. In the event of contamination it is important for customers to know that the air will be re-circlulated at the appropriate rate, in accordance with site and regulatory requirements.
Energy Conservation Audits
Energy conservation audits can be performed to assess the efficiency of clean air systems and look for improvements in the operation of (for example) AHU units.
All of our engineers are fully trained in cleanroom and GMP practices for both Hospital and Pharmaceutical research and production facilities. Although we focus on the Pharmaceutical industry we are by no means limited to it. Current customers range from Healthcare/Pharmaceutical to wafer diffusion production facilities in the semiconductor industry.
