Autoclave Validation, Washer & Ultrasonic Bath Validation
Our Dental Validation department supplies a number of validation services to customers in the Dental industry.
We carry out validation of Autoclaves, Washer Disinfectors & Ultrasonic Baths in order that customers comply with current Dept. of Health Guidelines. In particular with the recent issue of the DH document: "Decontamination Health Technical Memorandum 01-05: Decontamination in primary care dental practices" equipment validation and calibration must be performed at given frequencies.
Our Engineers have extensive knowledge of equipment operation and validation. We compile validation reports, test results and calibration certificates that confirm the correct operation and performance of equipment. Such validation is required annually and after any major repairs have been carried out. Some examples of the required tests we perform are:
